This 4 bedroom villa is located on Chaweng Hill with a superb sea view. It is 15 minutes from the beach and various shopping malls, shops, restaurants and bars. It has 4 floors containing 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a private swimming pool. This villa can accommodate up to 8 people.
On the first floor we find the hall of the villa, a large kitchen as well as a large living room and the dining room. This floor has 3 balconies each with a different view, and there is a pool table as well as a small bar area and a cinema room!
On the second floor 3 large bedrooms each with a king size bed. 2 of the bedrooms have a bathroom and a dressing room each. On the terrace there is the large swimming pool as well as a sala and a magnificent view.
